Shipping

Burgundy Buttons uses US Priority Shipping to ship our packages.  Shipping is based on total cart dollars rather than weight.

• All orders placed will be shipped within 1 business day unless otherwise notified. 
• All products shown at Burgundy Buttons are in stock, unless otherwise indicated in the product description.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled on line once placed.  Should you need to cancel your order please call us at  615-278-9429.  There is no charge for cancelled parcels as long as they have not been shipped.

Return Policy

Burgundy Buttons hopes that you will be happy with your purchase and want our customers to be 100% satisfied.  Burgundy Buttons has a 7 day return policy.  Should you wish to return your product, please call or email us to alert us or you wishes.  We will be happy to either issue a refund or a Burgundy Buttons credit.  Either will occur when the item is received by us and determined to be in the order in which it was sold in, including original bundling.

Due to copyright laws, patterns and books are not returnable.

Payment Methods

Burgundy Buttons accepts payment in the form of Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, PayPal eCheck, Checks and Money Orders. When paying by check or money order, the items will not be shipped until the Check or Money Order is received.  Burgundy Buttons charges a 25.00 fee for any returned checks.
